What do I mean by customer event?
A customer event is a business event that has a focus on informing customers and relations. The day can have a festive touch, and the goal is often to strengthen the relationship between your company and theirs and/or to build new relationships.
Your product or service is central during such an event, but you present it in a way, that the customer can benefit from it.
